Those human beings are qualified as an immaterial capital might be held and developed by its company, so the human resources management is the art of managing people in  a firm, by ensuring their hiring process, making sure the success of their integration in the firm and in the team working,  the training  and development of employees, managing their career, ensuring the compensation and benefits of all employees and help them to achieve their objectives to contribute in the performance of the organization.

The function of human resources management was widely evolved from a simple administration of people to a business partner for the head of the organization to project human resources for future projects of the company.
Today, the evolution of the technology influence the way of managing people and give new path for developing skills and competence of all collaborators.
All of those tasks can be administering and managing as an internal function within the organization, or asking for an external services provider how has the necessary experiences and technologies to ensure those operations.
